1k11 Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between 1k11 ("Platform", "we", "our") and the user ("you", "member"). By accessing or using the 1k11.cam website or its mobile version, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms.

1.1 Key Definitions

• "Platform" — The 1k11.cam website and all associated services.
• "Member" or "User" — Any person who has opened or wishes to open an account on 1k11.
• "Wager" or "Bet" — The act of placing money on any game or event on the platform.
• "Bonus" — Additional funds or benefits granted by the platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" — The condition requiring a specified amount to be bet before a bonus can be withdrawn.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer, meaning the identity verification process.

1.2 Application of Terms

These Terms apply equally to all members using the 1k11 platform from Bangladesh. Accessing or using the platform constitutes confirmation that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the platform.

To open an account and use the services on the 1k11 platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements.

2.1 Age Requirement

To open an account on the 1k11 platform, a member must be at least 21 years of age or older. Minors are strictly prohibited from opening or using an account. The platform may request a copy of a national identity card or passport at any time to verify age.

2.2 Single Account Policy

Only one account is permitted per individual, household, device or IP address. Creating multiple accounts will result in all accounts being closed and all balances may be forfeited.

2.3 Accuracy of Registration Information

All information provided at the time of registration — name, date of birth, email and phone number — must be accurate and truthful. The platform reserves the right to close any account opened with false information at any time.

2.4 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. You are personally responsible for all activity carried out from your account. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify our support team immediately.

2.5 KYC Verification

The 1k11 platform conducts KYC procedures to ensure security and fairness. Before a withdrawal or in the case of large transactions, you may be asked to submit a national identity card, proof of address or proof of payment method. The platform reserves the right to hold withdrawals until KYC is completed.

The 1k11 platform supports safe and fast transactions through Bangladesh's popular mobile banking methods.

3.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 (three hundred taka). The maximum deposit limit may vary depending on the applicable payment method and account type. All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

3.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 (one thousand taka). Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour of submission. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment account used to make the deposit.

3.3 Transaction Verification and Rejection

1k11 reserves the right to verify any transaction and to hold it in cases of suspicious activity. If fraud, money laundering or other illegal activity is suspected, the account will be held until the investigation is concluded.

3.4 Currency

All transactions on the platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). There is no facility for transactions in foreign currency.

The 1k11 platform provides various bonuses and promotional offers for new and regular members. All such offers carry their own terms and conditions, which apply alongside the main Terms.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members can receive a 150% bonus of up to ৳8,000 on their first deposit. Before withdrawing this bonus, a wagering requirement of 25 times (25x) the total bonus amount must be met.

4.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has a specific validity period; any unused bonus will be cancelled after it expires.
• A bonus becomes active only after placing bets with real money.
• Not all games may contribute equally toward meeting the wagering requirement — please check the terms of the specific bonus.
• If an active bonus is in place, the wagering must be completed or the bonus cancelled before a withdrawal can be made.
• A maximum withdrawal limit may apply to winnings obtained through a bonus.
• Multiple accounts from the same household or device cannot claim a bonus.

4.3 VIP Program

1k11's VIP program has five tiers. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier:

• Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 0.7% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 1.0% weekly cashback
• Diamond — up to 1.2% weekly cashback

Advancement through VIP tiers depends on active participation on the platform. Each VIP tier has its own benefits and conditions.

4.4 Bonus Abuse

Misuse of bonus benefits — such as creating multiple accounts, using low-risk betting strategies, or other fraudulent methods — is strictly prohibited. In such cases, the bonus and any associated winnings will be cancelled and the account may be suspended.

Betting and gaming activity on the 1k11 platform is governed by the following rules.

5.1 Conditions for Placing Bets

• A bet can only be placed if there is sufficient balance in the account.
• A bet that has been confirmed cannot be changed or cancelled.
• The platform reserves the right to cancel bets placed on odds that were displayed incorrectly due to a technical issue.
• The platform reserves the right to investigate suspicious or unusual betting patterns and to delay payment.

5.2 Determination of Results

For sports betting, the official result declared by the relevant sports body (BPL, ICC, FIFA, etc.) shall be final. For casino games, the result produced by the game engine is final. In the event of any dispute, 1k11's decision shall be final.

5.3 Fraudulent Activity

Any form of fraud in betting or gaming — use of software, leaking information, coordinating multiple accounts — is strictly prohibited. If fraud is proven, the account will be closed and all balances forfeited.

5.4 Technical Issues

If a game or bet is left incomplete due to an internet disconnection or device issue, the data stored on the platform's server shall be considered final. If a loss occurs due to a server-side error, the platform will review the matter.

1k11 follows a responsible gaming policy. We believe that entertainment should be enjoyed safely and within limits.

6.1 Setting Self-Limits

Members can set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits on their own accounts. Once a limit is activated, it takes effect immediately; however, increasing a limit is subject to a waiting period.

6.2 Temporary Account Suspension

If you feel that gaming is becoming a problem for you, you can voluntarily suspend your account for a set period of time. During this period, deposits, bets and logins will not be possible.

6.3 Permanent Self-Exclusion

If you wish to be permanently excluded from the platform, please inform our support team. Once a self-exclusion request has been processed, that account cannot be reopened.

The 1k11 platform reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close a member's account in the following circumstances.

7.1 Reasons for Account Closure

• Violation of any part of these Terms.
• Opening an account with false or misleading information.
• Evidence of fraud, deception or money laundering.
• Attempting to exploit a technical error or gain an unfair advantage.
• Being a minor or operating an account on behalf of someone else.
• By order of a court or regulatory authority.

7.2 Balance After Account Closure

If an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any legitimate balance remaining after the investigation is completed will be returned through the designated method. In cases of fraud or deception, all balances may be forfeited.

7.3 Account Closure at the Member's Request

If you wish to close your account yourself, please notify our support team in writing. Any pending bets or transactions will be settled before the request is processed.

8.1 Data Collection and Use

Your personal information — name, contact details, payment information — is used solely for providing platform services, KYC verification, and fulfilling applicable legal obligations.

8.2 Information Sharing

Your personal information is not shared with third parties, however necessary information may be shared with applicable service providers to meet legal obligations, investigate fraud, or process payments.

8.3 SSL Protection

All data transmission on the platform is secured through SSL encryption. Payment information is not stored on any server — it is processed directly through the payment provider.

The 1k11 platform accepts no liability in the following matters:

9.1 General Disclaimer of Liability

• If a bet or game is left incomplete due to the user's internet connection being lost.
• Due to delays or failures in third-party payment services.
• Due to faults in the user's own device or software.
• If service is disrupted due to unexpected technical interruptions or force majeure.

9.2 Gaming Losses

Online betting and gaming are financially risky activities. The platform bears no liability for gaming losses. Members place bets entirely at their own risk.

9.3 Third-Party Content

Games on the platform supplied by third-party game providers (such as Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, Ezugi, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt) are subject to their own terms and conditions. 1k11 has no direct control over the functionality or outcomes of these games.

10.1 Right to Modify Terms and Conditions

1k11 reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, advance notice will be given on the platform or to your registered email. Continued use of the platform after updated terms are published will be considered acceptance of the new terms.
